What is the deadline for ordering furniture?
The last chance to order your furniture is November 9, 2023.
We would like to bring to your attention that the full-service stands are already well-equipped with the included furniture package. Extra furniture may not be necessary.
- (Extra) costs for furniture orders are paid by the exhibitor, also when the exhibitor wants to replace their full-service furniture package with other furniture pieces.
- If you are a full-service exhibitor and would like to cancel your furniture package, please send an e-mail to [email protected].
- If you would like to order (extra) furniture during construction and event days, please visit the RAI Exhibitor Services Desk in Entrance K. Extra furniture that is ordered onsite is always subject to change and depends on the stock at that time.
