Do I need an access pass during build up and breakdown?

Yes, during the building and dismantling periods (Sunday 26, Monday 27 of November & Thursday 30 November 2023), access passes provided by RAI Amsterdam are mandatory to enter the exhibition halls. Passes can be ordered in the RAI webshop, available through the Exhibitors Portal.

Please note:

• After registration you will receive a voucher which you need to collect your access pass. Passes can be collected at the P9 Loge at RAI Amsterdam, and by using the Scan & Go machines at loading doors 1.2, 4.18, 5.13 and 6.4
• This access pass is only valid during building and dismantling hours, it does not grant access to Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference.

If you forget to register for an access pass, you can still obtain one from the Hospitality Crew Centre. The Hospitality Crew Centre is located at the P3 Loge on the left side of the RAI building.
