Can I ship a package with stand material to the exhibition venue?

Yes, it is possible to ship equipment or supplies for your stand to RAI Amsterdam. Our logistics partner is DB Schenker, you will find their order form in the Rai Webshop.  To access the RAI webshop, please log into the Exhibitors Portal.

All packages should be sent well in advance of the exhibition and addressed to DB Schenker with mention of:

• OEEC2023
• Your company name
• Your stand number
