Am I allowed to use other suppliers other than the organization’s preferred suppliers?

You are allowed to contract a different supplier for products and services such as:

• AV equipment
• furniture
• carpeting
• stand wall graphics

* Exhibitors with a space only participation package are allowed to build their stand with a constructor of their choice.

It is not allowed to contract a different supplier for the following products and services:

• catering
• electricity
• rigging
• water connections
• transport and logistics
